| 内容記述 | 本研究は，生産･流通分野の生産型産業と消費･廃棄物処理分野の還元型産業を統合した循環型産業システムにおいて，製品のリサイクルを促進するための経済的手法を提案している.そのために，現在稼働している容器包装廃棄物のリサイクル･システムを概観し，その問題点を明確にすることによって，循環型産業システムにおけるリサイクル･システムを構築する上で考慮すべき事項を明らかにしている.これらの事項に基づいて廃棄された製品のリサイクルを促進させるための課徴金-補償システムを提案している. This paper presents an economic instrument to promote a recycle of wasted products in recyclingl-oriented industrial systems. It clarifies the problems in the recycle systems of waste of PET bottles, aluminum cans and paper-based package materials. This paper makes it clear the consideration points when the recycle system is constructed in the recycling-oriented industrial systems. This paper proposes a product charge and compensation system to promote the recycle of wasted products by compensating the profit of a disposal company for producing recycle/renewal parts/materials and to give an incentive for using the recycle/renewal parts/materials to a production company. | |||||
