This paper presents an economic instrument to promote a recycle of wasted products in recyclingl-oriented industrial systems. It clarifies the problems in the recycle systems of waste of PET bottles, aluminum cans and paper-based package materials. This paper makes it clear the consideration points when the recycle system is constructed in the recycling-oriented industrial systems. This paper proposes a product charge and compensation system to promote the recycle of wasted products by compensating the profit of a disposal company for producing recycle/renewal parts/materials and to give an incentive for using the recycle/renewal parts/materials to a production company.},
