 note = {本研究の目的は,限られた予算や人員の中でe-learningの導入の是非,外部発注・自己開発の選択,複数のシステムからの選択などを行うための経済性分析の手法を検討することである.様々な教育現場においてe-learningの実施・検討がなされているが,その導入費用の議論は避けられない課題である.そこで,特に小規模なe-learningを対象にして,教育効率や便益を含まない経済性分析の必要性を指摘し,簡便で実用的な手法を提案した.本論文では,e-learningの導入費用をシステム自体の費用と各講義費用に分け,導入費用に影響する不確実な要素である ①教材開発費と教材使用年数,②初期設備費とシステム使用年数について経済性分析を行った.また,評価目的が異なる経済性分析の検討を行った.
