業界でも人材不足は深刻な状況となっており,今後も IT 人材が不足する状況となっている。IT 人材の育成が急務となっており,2002 年に経済産業省が IT スキル標準を策定した。企業における人材育成においては IT スキル標準のような専門的なスキルのみがあれば良いというわけではない。本研究では IT スキル標準とコンピテンシーの概念を比較し,IT スキル標準に含まれているコンピテンシー概念と含まれていないコンピテンシー概念を明らかとすることを目的として調査を行った。調査方法として,先行研究のレビューからコンピテンシーの概念と IT スキル標準について整理し,違いを明らかとした。調査の結果,IT スキル標準では業務を遂行するためのスキルや知識などに注力されており,業務で成果を出すための行動に関わる力であるコンピテンシーが含まれておらず,IT 人材の育成の指針として必ずしも十分とはいえない状況となっていた。本研究の調査結果から,今後の IT
