The method is based on the formation of the precipitate of silver chloride, reduction of silver (I) by irradiation of UV rays and collection of the resulting black precipitate on the membrane filter. Then the reflecting absorbance of the thin layer of the precipitate (3.5 mm φ) is measured at 500 nm. In the present method, the sample volume can be minimized to 50〜100 μl and a good linearity was observed in the chloride ion concentration range from 2 to 10 μM. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 4 μM of chloride ion in 100 μl sample solution was 8.2% (n=8). Interference of the same concentration of bromide and iodide was found to be 105% and 87%, respectively.}, pages = {777--779}, title = {反射吸光光度法による微量水溶液中の低濃度塩化物イオンの定量(<特集>無機材料分析のためのスペクトロメトリー)}, volume = {35}, year = {1986} }
