This paper introduces a social incentive constructivist environment (SICE) for training preservice teachers (PT) to persuade them through experience. SICE has a social incentive model as an attempt to bring social psychology closer to educational technology, and a PT-to-PT pairing algorithm to do pairing among PT, Instructor and extemal tutor to improve collaboration.
