{"created":"2023-05-15T15:28:51.747914+00:00","id":1012,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"01fdfd8a-e7e8-44f2-b1be-b3b7ce39bec2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1012","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1012"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:barrel.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001012","sets":["1:163"]},"author_link":["2295","2296"],"item_1_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-10-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"65","bibliographicPageStart":"43","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"KGPS review : Kwansei Gakuin policy studies review"}]}]},"item_1_description_18":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"相次ぐ企業不祥事の発生や地球環境問題への対応など、様々な局面で企業の社会的責任(CSR)を問う声が高まるのを受けて、近年、大企業を中心に多くの企業がCSRへの取り組みに力を入れ始めている。しかし、そもそもCSRとは何を意味するのか、本来営利追求組織である企業がCSRにどう取り組むべきか、といった点については、依然として論争の的になっており、統一した見解は得られてない。その理由の一つとして、歴史的に見てCSRという言葉に、それぞれの時代の価値観や、人々の企業の役割に対する期待などを反映した、微妙に異なる様々な定義が行われてきたことが挙げられる。本研究の目的は、この「企業と社会」(Business & Society)論の領域において議論されてきた「CSR」について、その歴史的生成および議論の展開から、今日のCSR概念に内包されている基本概念および諸理論を抽出し、その課題を検討しながら、企業は現在そして今後、CSRにどう取り組んでいくべきかを考察することにある。本稿では特に、この研究領域において常に世界をリードしてきた米国におけるCSR論の歴史的展開を中心に、その発端となった出来事や論者の主張、その後の理論展開を年代別に取り上げ、考察している。\nRecently, a lot of firms, especially large ones begin to make efforts to deal with CSR, by responding to the increasing voice to ask CSR in many situations as corporate scandals that come one after another and correspondence to global environmental concerns, etc. However, it is still a matter of debate and united opinions are not obtained in that what the \"CSR\" really means? Or how the firms that are originally profit-pursuing organization should work on CSR? One of the reasons is that historically the word CSR has been defined in various ways reflected from the people's sense of values in each age and the expectations of the roles of firms in society. The purpose of this research is to extract the basic concept and various theories involved in today's CSR concept from the historical development and the discussion about \"CSR\" in the area of \"Business and society\" and is to consider how the firms should work on CSR now and should be going to work on CSR in the future.
