{"created":"2023-05-15T15:28:51.704592+00:00","id":1011,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"81eb2a86-46e0-41fd-b7d9-4a95b751bc85"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1011","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1011"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:barrel.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001011","sets":["1:163"]},"author_link":["2294","2293"],"item_1_biblio_info_5":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"89","bibliographicPageStart":"71","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"8","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"KGPS review : Kwansei Gakuin policy studies review"}]}]},"item_1_description_18":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"地球環境問題への取り組みが、企業経営上ますます重要な課題になってきている。国民の意識・関心の高まり、各種環境関連法の成立を受けて、もはや企業が環境対策を行うことは通常の事業活動を行う上でも当然の活動になりつつある。そのような状況にあって、もし企業が従来から言われているような事業活動とは別次元の、単に「企業の社会的責任(CSR)」という観点からのみ、いわば受身的に環境対策を行うようであれば、他社との差別化につながらず、その活動の成果はわずかなものになってしまうだろう。温暖化をはじめとした地球環境問題はますます深刻化の度を深めているが、地球環境の保全が企業の第一の目的になることはあり得ず、その目的はあくまで企業の長期維持発展である。そのように考えると、環境対策を自社の経営活動と切り離して考えるのではなく、経営活動とどのように統合し、自社の競争優位につなげていくべきかという戦略的視点が必要となる。本稿では、まず、企業経営において環境問題が大きく取り上げられるようになった90年代以降の、国内外の動向と企業の取り組みについて概観した後、経営目的と経営戦略の観点から、環境問題と企業経営の関係について考察している。特に、経営戦略論における「リソース」という分析フレームワークを用いて、今後企業が環境問題にどのように取り組むべきかについて考察している。\nActions to global environment problems have become more and more important in corporate management. It seems that such corporate actions have been necessary and normal activities in business context, because many people are interested in environmental problems and many environmental laws had been passed. In this situation, the fruits of corporate environmental actions will result in small one if a corporation deals with environmental problem only for a \"Reaction of Corporate Social Responsibility\" which is far from business operation, because such measures never lead to the differentiation of the other competitive firms. Global environmental problems such as global warming are increasingly becoming worse, but environmental protection never becomes the primary purpose of the firm, which is certainly long term maintenance and development. Therefore it is necessary for corporations to have a strategic viewpoint and obtain competitive advantage by combining corporate environmental actions with business operations not by separating the two. In this article, at first I describe the historical development of the environmental problem and corporate management, and next, I consider the relationship of the two from the viewpoint of the corporate strategy.
